REFUND & RETURN POLICY – SUPERGAD

Refund & Return Policy

At SUPERGAD, all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Minor variations in color or design
  • Shipping delays outside our control

Refunds or replacements may be granted only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
  • The product must remain unused and in original condition

SUPERGAD reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
